Laniakea ships from Belgrade, Serbia to worldwide destinations using:
REGISTERED AIRMAIL DELIVERY
International deliveries are sent via Registered Airmail with delivery confirmation. Registered airmail shipping method includes the tracking number.
Shipments via Registered Mail take about:
3 – 6 working days for European countries,
6 – 12 working days to reach the US and Canada,
12 – 18 working days for Oceania.
Once your order and payment are received, you will be notified that your order has been shipped. You will also be provided with the tracking number. You can “track and trace” your order, anytime you like. Parcels will need to be signed for in person. In the event that no one is available to receive a Registered Delivery item, your country’s postal service should leave a card with details so you can either arrange another delivery date or collect your parcel from your local collections depot.
Please also note that all duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check import duties and fees in your country.
Fedex Express Delivery
We also use Fedex for special delivery. That’s what we call a premium service. We deliver our products with super fast & safe shipping using FedEx Express services. It takes only 2-4 business days for our products to arrive anywhere in the world. If you order until 1 p.m. Central European Time (Paris, Berlin, Milano) on the business day the package will be shipped on the same day if the items are in stock.
Usually everything runs smoothly, but you never know and we are very sorry as we can not affect any possible customs office holdups that may affect your delivery time. We are making an effort to dispatch all orders as soon as possible subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

GIFT AND PACKAGING
Each Laniakea scarf will be delivered in an individual luxury box encrusted with the Laniakea logo. The boxes are beautifully designed and make a perfect gift whether you treat yourself or someone else. Please note that you may also have items delivered as a gift by choosing to provide an alternative delivery name and address. If you require, we can add a custom note to your package addressing the receiver with your personalized text.

Laniakea wants to guarantee the complete satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, feel free to contact Laniakea. Returns must be mailed back to the Laniakea via reputable carrier of your choice, as a registered mail with delivery confirmation and insurance, within 7 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Laniakea does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages that are shipped back. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s Pay Pal account. As previously stated, international customs duties are non- refundable. Purchase price will be refunded minus shipping costs and 15% for handling and restocking. Once the refund has been completed Laniakea will send a confirmation via e-mail.
Please note that one of a kind pieces and items that have been delivered by FedEx postal courier are not eligible for refund and also the products that have been customized in any way are also final sales.
